Who is excited to re-decorate for 2016? There are so many great design trends happening so I thought I'd share a few of my personal favorite trends for the upcoming year. Here goes......

We knew it would be a crisp white year when both Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore announced their Color of The Year for 2016 as a white hue. White is such a beautiful color, however, remember to add in some deeper tones and textures to the room for balance.
2.Warm Metals
Rose Gold is my FAVORITE! I love the look of rose gold lighting fixtures, they have such a beautiful, gentle sparkle to them. Also, be on the look out for brass, which will also be hot in both a polished finish and an antiqued finish.

Yes, the industrial look is still around and not going anywhere. This trend has been popular for awhile and you're going to see even more from industrial lighting to furniture and even small accessories. Perhaps you want to go for something this year that has both an industrial look and an interesting color or finish to mix it up.
4.Black Stainless Steel
Black in a kitchen looks fantastic and how great is it that we can now get our beautiful stainless steel appliances in a black color!
5.Dramatic Interiors
Bold, dramatic rooms are going to be hot this year. How about introducing a bold green, deep purple or even navy into your space. Mix a bold hue with a lot of texture for an on trend look!
