Take Time For Yourself



Design is truly my passion. My goal is to create special places for you that not only look beautiful but encourage you to simply be amazing. By blending Feng Shui and Space Clearings into my design work I am able to do so much more than make a room pretty which is my true calling.

Another aspect of my design is working with clients to discover their true callings and passions and to set up their space to support that. We're constantly answering phone calls, running around and trying to get through that yellow light before it turns red.


When was the last time
you took time for yourself?




Taking "ME" time is vital! It could simply be 20 minutes with a book, 10 minutes of meditation, maybe it's soaking in a tub after a long day.  Taking even a few minutes for yourself is vital.  And no...sleep is not taking time for yourself.  While sleeping your body is processing so much and this time does not provide any actual waking rest for your conscious mind.  You need time with the phone's ringer off, away from family and pets.  I've even been known to sit in my car in a parking lot and meditate! Whatever you need to do, whether it's setting a timer on your phone or simply setting a time where EVERYONE in your family has quiet time, would be wonderful.

Have you ever tried meditation?  Your entire family could do this together.  Children benefit from meditation so much!  So where do you start?  I love the "Meditation Station" on iTunes for guided meditation.  The "Evening Inventory" is one of my favorites, along with "Relax and Be Grateful".

By taking this time for yourself you'll find you're so much more  happy and productive. I have found a large reduction in stress and more focus.  My design work would not be what it is without my meditation practice to keep me grounded and focused.
